Ingredients:
- Chana Dal – (split dehusked black chick peas)- ½ cup
- Coriander seeds (dhania) – 1 cup
- Cinnamon – 1 inch
- Red chillies (broken) – ½ cup
- Curry leaves – ¼ cup
- Methi (fenugreek seeds)- ¼ tea spoon
- Poppy seeds – ½ spoon
- Dry coconut- 2 cups Asafetida – 1 pinch
